Professional Photographers Agreement

You are welcome to host your photo sessions at Puddleford Tree Farm!

All photographers, professional or hobby, are invited to use our Christmas tree field and farm facilities for photo shoots and/or mini sessions, prior to opening season. Photographers are encouraged to book early as time slots are limited to a small amount of photographers per day. Tree Farm amenities will not be available during this time.

AVAILABLE PACKAGES:

Half A Day Package.................$140

Time: 8:30am-12:30pm, 1pm-5pm

Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot in order to set up.

Full day Package.......................$280

Time: 8:30am-5:00pm

Arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time slot in order to set up.

​

Hourly Session...............$35

This is a one hour time slot that is available to a photographer in order to shoot a single family or small group

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot in order to set up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How can I book?

A: You can email puddlefordtreefarm@gmail.com with your requested date and time

frame and we will quickly respond with confirmation.

​

Q: What is the booking process like?

After we have confirmed your time(s)/date(s) you will be required to send us payment through an etransfer prior to your date. You'll receive a confirmation email and that's it!

​

Q: Do I need to check in with anyone when I arrive?

A: We will have someone on site that will check you in. Someone on site will assist you in your choice of which field you will be stationed in, so we will be able to direct your clients to your specific location.

​

Q: Is there parking on site?

A: Yes.  Your clients will be able to park in a designated area.

​

Q: Can I have another photographer with me to help me with props or taking pictures?

A: Each session is reserved for one photographer and their assistant.

​

Q: Are there restrooms for my clients?

A: There is an outdoor facility available.

​

Q: May I bring my pets?

A: Yes, however all pets must be picked up after as well as leashed at all times.

​

Q: Can we book any time slots outside of those listed?

A: Please email us for any special request.

​

Q: May we schedule a photo shoot during Christmas Tree season?

A:  We do not allow photographers on our farm during the WEEKENDS of selling season. However, photographers are able to schedule sessions during the WEEK (Monday-Friday) of selling season.

Q: What if I do not show up for my shoot?

A: Unfortunately, a no show takes the spot of another potential photographer who could have booked with us. Therefore, a no show will not be refunded. The photographer must schedule and pay for a new date/time if they would like to rebook with us.

​

Q: What if it rains?

A: If inclement weather is reported 24hrs before your time slot then the photographer will be able to contact us in order to reschedule to a day that works for both the farm as well as the photographer at no extra charge.

 

Q: How many photographers will be on the farm when I am?

A: Our farm is quite small, the maximum we would book is two photographers during the same time slot. By limiting the number of photographers we are able to offer a greater experience to each photographer.

Q: Will I have enough room to shoot?

A: Our farm is 25 acres, there will be plenty of room for each photographer to find the picture perfect spot.

​

Q: What do I need to do in order to get in touch with someone on the farm while I am on site?

A: There will be someone on site who you can contact you will be given their cell # when you check in.

​

Q: Can I bring props for my sessions? How big?

A: Props are more than welcome on our farm. Puddleford Tree Farm will not be held liable or responsible for broken or lost items/props on our property.
